Please provide photographic evidence of the unsatisfactory food item for easier processing. The Cooked team will investigate and may ask you questions regarding the storage conditions of the food, time of consumption after delivery, and other factors. If food is delivered late, please provide specific details about the delay experienced, communication with the delivery rider, or any other relevant details.


After a successful review of your case, we will process a discount for your next Cooked order via a one-time use promotional code which will be sent to you via email. This discount amount is final.
